Design/methodology/approach applies web mining collect information COVID-19's from articles. The extracted is then analyzed through machine learning algorithms for useful insights. Findings results indicate that recovery of global supply chain in China could potentially drive return normalcy. In addition, researchers policymakers should prioritize two aspects: (1) Ease cross-border trade logistics. Digitization applying breakthrough technologies like blockchain IoT are needed more than ever before.
